COMPLEX OF APARTMENT AND FAMILY HOUSES

The design addresses the expansion of an urban area. It is the last possible part of the development within the city's urban plan. We are increasing the maximum possible density from 100 to 150 people per ha. The area is quite hilly and transitions seamlessly into a forest. This is the end of the town. We have therefore chosen the principle of dispersed architecture as a smooth transition from the urban centre, where urban blocks occur, to the natural environment. We create solitary objects that appear visually lower and point-like. They do not form a barrier, they appear more airy and provide visual windows into natural environment. We rotate different scales of objects and building types to provide privacy and great variety in people's housing choices. We designed 7 to 5 storey apartment blocks, lower terraced houses and family housing with the addition of amenities.
